Ozeri Piezoelectric Flameless Lighter | Review

Growing up, I got used to electric stoves. The gas stove was something you had in case of emergencies like tropical storms and stuff like that. When I moved to Massachusetts, I had a hard time adjusting to them. The whole, turn on here and place the match there wasn't working for me. Luckily, I had found the solution to that dreaded task.
The Ozeri Flameless Lighter utilizes crystal powered piezoelectricity that produces a tiny electric spark that comes when you pumped or squish the handle.
Piezoelectricity: electric polarization in a substance resulting from the application of mechanical stress.
The lighter is very lightweight, super easy to use and storage. It's durable and since it doesn't need batteries or fuel, it saves you a lot of money.
As you can see is easy to handle, just squeeze and release for the spark to come out. The only downside to this product is the fact that you do have to place the lighter awfully close to the stove. Just turn on the stove on the lowest temperature, quickly squeeze and that's it. Hey, I am the MOST clumsy person in the ENTIRE WORLD. With this technique, I still haven't burned my hand!.
This lighter does not work to turn on candles, cigarettes and such. But still, it's a pretty cool and useful gadget.
